The Associate of the Month is selected by reviewing the total numeric count received based on the following criteria: New Listings: 1 point per new listing, Pending Contracts: 3 points per pending contract, Closings: 10 points per closed side, and Introduction of New Agents into the EXIT system: 20 points per Agent introduced into EXIT. All data is collected from EXIT’s proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each Month the Associate with the highest point count is selected.
