Hamilton, Montana (Grassroots Newswire) March 28, 2017 -- Debi was born in Oklahoma and shortly thereafter moved to Southern California, where she spent most of her childhood enjoying the sunshine and diverse population. She developed a love for people early on as she moved around that very fast paced region.
Debi home schooled two children and along with her husband and son, owned a small automotive business where they served their customers for 28 years. During these years, she developed skills in purchasing, negotiating, sales and marketing.
Desiring a much slower pace of life, they relocated to the beautiful Bitterroot Valley where their love of nature and the great outdoors could be nurtured. Debi enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, boating, whitewater rafting, rodeo and summer festivals.
For 30 years Debi watched and kept up with the real estate trends. After many years of hearing from friends, “why don’t you become a realtor”, she finally made it official. Debi loves meeting and helping people find a home that suits them. She asks a lot of questions and gets to know her clients so that she knows what will work for them. She realizes this is not just a home, it is the place where they will rest, entertain, raise their children, share meals with friends and make memories.
When Debi lists a home, she focuses on marketing. Like any business, you have to attract customers, potential buyers. This requires a property home description on the MLS (multiple listing service). Debi also gives attention to photos, videos and social media outlets to maximize visibility. Her goal is to sell your home.
