She grew up in Texas, graduated with a degree in business administration, flew for American Airlines where she met her husband. They moved to Los Angeles where she became a broker and property manager for U. S. Housing Inc. In 1985, her location changed again to Dallas, Texas where she took the position of building superintendent and property manager for a 372 unit apartment complex.

In the 1970's, the Tolivers visited Montana for the first time, then came to stay in 1989. They thought of Montana as a special place, and haven't changed their minds over the years.

Now living and working in Montana, her passion is real estate, and providing remarkable results for her clients knowing their dreams of a piece of Montana come in all shapes and sizes. She can guide the clients through the home buying process, and the network of paperwork to make their experience delightful, easy and pleasurable.
