Denver, Colorado (Grassroots Newswire) 6/16/17 --  Denver, Colorado is experiencing a boom in the real estate market and nowhere is that more evident than the area known as Cherry Creek.   Located just 6 miles from downtown Denver, this area has seen a total transformation over the past year or so.  With new high-style luxury living units opening every day along with fresh new retail and dining options, Cherry Creek is right in the middle of the Colorado real estate boom.

With progress, of course, come challenges, with parking in the Cherry Creek shopping district being top of the list for many.  To help with the parking situation and provide a healthy activity, EXIT Realty Cherry Creek has added a fleet of bicycles for agents’ use at lunch, to run errands and just to enjoy a fun spin around the block.  These 7-speed teal bikes come with a basket, water bottle, lock, built-in bottle opener and a cool parrot horn to toot!

At the conclusion of the season EXIT Cherry Creek plans to donate the gently used bikes to a local children’s charity and make this an annual program for all 3 of their offices.
