Holmdel, NJ 11/19/25 -- This October, local real estate brokerage EXIT Realty East Coast hosted its 8th Annual Donation Drive for local non-profit organization Lunch Break. Lunch Break, located in Red Bank, NJ, is dedicated to helping families in need in Monmouth County, NJ  and beyond. With donations from the company, their clients, friends, and members of the local community, EXIT was able to collect almost 1,000 pounds of food and hygiene items.

Nashville, TN - November 10, 2025 
EXIT Real Estate Experts is proud to announce a partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank to host a community-wide food drive in response to recent SNAP benefit reductions that took effect November 1. The drive will run from November 3 through December 20, 2025, with collection boxes available at all three EXIT Real Estate Experts offices and multiple local business partner locations across Middle Tennessee.

“As food insecurity continues to grow due to changes in assistance programs, we felt a deep responsibility to take action,” said Elizabeth Lawson, Broker/Owner of EXIT Real Estate Experts East. “Partnering with Second Harvest allows us to make a direct impact in our local community, ensuring that families have the support they need this holiday season.”

Community members are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items such as canned vegetables, soups, rice, beans, peanut butter, pasta, and other shelf-stable goods. Donations can be dropped off during regular business hours at any participating location.

In addition to community participation, EXIT Real Estate Experts is challenging other real estate offices and local businesses to join the effort to double the impact and help fight hunger across Middle Tennessee. By working together, the real estate and business community can make a powerful difference for families in need during the holidays.

Community event to raise funds for Cape Cod & Islands Veterans Outreach Center with food trucks, local artisans, raffle prizes a heartfelt tribute to our local veterans

Suzi Ford 

VisionWalk 2025 marks my 17th year with the Foundation Fighting Blindness Chapter.  From 2007 - 2013, I was Chapter President. I have been a part of the Leadership team throughout the years....and have been the Revenue Chair for the past several.  I am also a co-founding Director of MOMS for Sight, Inc.  MOMS is another non-profit that was developed to provide outreach, support, education, and fundraising wrap around events that could help the Foundation Fighting Blindness and other missions related to serving the low vision and blind community and their mission to cure blinding retinal diseases.  I have been honored to have the support of EXIT Realty Corp Intl's Spirit of EXIT program.  Our Black Ties and Blindfolds MOMS events have been blessed with matching funds of the net support that my direct fundraising efforts have secured.  MOMS was the Community Presenting Sponsor of the VisionWalk 2025, which - in part - was due to my fundraising and Spirit of EXIT match.  These donations help place important financial support to the world's most elite in research science.  Human trials are underway across the globe for some of the retinal diseases. To date, FFB has raised over $954 million toward this mission! 

I have been VisionWalk Chair and VisionWalk Co-Chair most of the walks since our first one at The Bolles School in 2008.  Four generations of my family have been affected by Choroideremia, so the mission to cure blindness is one I hold close to heart and what gives me hope for my family who are faced with the complete loss of sight unless there is a cure. When we first introduced EXIT Inspired Real Estate to the VisionWalks, those who participated joined under one team.  Since then, our outreach has increased to the families of our brokerage family and they were encouraged to participate with their own team in honor of an affected loved one, or because their family also wished to support the cause.  VisionWalk 2025 represented two other families along with my own who registered teams themselves.  We all represented a cause being supported under the EXIT Inspired Real Estate family. Our teams are the Choroideremia Cure Crusaders, Meekers Seekers, and The Gomez Team.  It was an incredibly successful VisionWalk and we look forward to gathering together....possibly even a larger group......for VisionWalk 2026!! From the day I was born, I was totally in love with my Grandma Meeks who was my very best friend throughout my whole life. Grandma Meeks was my Mother’s Mom and she was a very loving, kind & generous lady not to mention the most wonderful Grandmother. I took care of her in her later days where she not only developed Alzheimer’s but also Macular Degenerative Disease & was almost completely blind. Grandma’s favorite flower was the Lilac. She loved the color and most of all she loved the beautiful, spring smell it gave to its surroundings. We planted a Lilac bush in her honor on her grave in Missouri when we buried her back in 2008. With the help of Suzi Ford, a beautiful person inside & out, my co-worker and team mate at Exit Inspired Real Estate, I put together my team, Meekers Seekers. Our goal was to walk & raise money for blindness awareness & be able to help with research to cure blindness. It was approximately 3 years ago that I began the journey to walk & raise awareness and money for The Jacksonville Vision Walk for Blindness which Suzi Ford was already a hard working team leader for. I am proud to say that I went from 4 walkers in 2022, including myself, the first year to 30 walkers in 2025. In 2025, we adopted a beautiful logo with Grandma Meeks’ favorite flower and our team’s name “Meeker’s Seekers”. In her honor, I put this logo on a white t-shirt and all of our walkers, young & old, proudly wore this shirt as we walked in the 2025 Jacksonville Vision Walk. My hopes are to not only grow my team each year as long as I am able but continue to spread awareness of blindness as well as to raise money for a cure someday. I truly believe, from the bottom of my heart, that Grandma Meeks and many others who suffered from blindness and are no longer with us, are all looking down upon us with a big smile on their face showing appreciation for all of the hard work, love & devotion that has been accomplished in donations & working for a cure.

Preparing for the Future: Emma's House Endowment Auction

Hamilton, Montana (Grassroots Newswire) March 28, 2025 -- Tina Coleman, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Montana & Idaho teamed up with April Martz, Owner of Bar4Bar Furnishings and Big Sky Cigar Company for a special live auction which raised $4,000 for the Emma’s House Endowment Fund during the recent Emma’s House Annual Gala. 

As an EXIT associate, Tina was able to secure a $3,000 match from EXIT Realty Corp. International for net funds raised by EXIT associates through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program. Thanks to the fundraising efforts at the auction, through a social media donation campaign, and the match Emma’s House Endowment Fund will receive a total kick start of $7,357.

“My purpose was two-fold, raise awareness of Emma’s House Endowment Fund and the stable funding it will eventually provide,” Coleman said of her work since joining the board of directors in January 2024. “If you need a tax write off, or you’re looking for a charity for your estate, etc. remember the Endowment Fund.”
