New Name and Office Merger for EXIT Realty Braintree

Braintree, MA (Grassroots Newswire) 2/2/2018 -- EXIT Realty All Stars is happy to announce that Valerie Ellsworth has merged her well-respected highly productive independent brokerage, New Neighbor Realty Brockton, into the EXIT Realty All Stars offices as of today. This means that going forward EXIT Realty All Stars (new name) will be open for business with offices in both Brockton and Braintree. 

Jose E. Perez, broker and owner of EXIT Realty All Stars says, "I have known Valerie for a few years now.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, in addition to Brockton's #1 REO team and top producing agent, Alicia McDonald, with her.  We will now focus on even higher levels of service & performance for our expanding client base while using the tools, systems & coaching of EXIT Realty All Stars to grow our merged businesses. 

Jose has strong roots in Brockton, having been raised there since he was 6 years old.  He bought his first home in Brockton, met his wife Leslie there, and also became its first Latino real estate franchise owner in the city of Brockton.  His parents still reside there and his brother is involved in law enforcement for the city.   Jose’s strong community involvement in Brockton over the years involves supporting Father Bill’s and the Boys & Girls Club of Brockton, along with volunteering coaching youth basketball.  He is looking forward to giving back even more in the upcoming years to the community that has meant so much to him.
