Mr. Wutz has more than ten (10) years of experience as a real estate and tax attorney.

Mr. Wutz earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in business from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in finance from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy at Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Michigan State University.  He is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.

Mr. Wutz has served on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations. He resides in the greater Nashville metropolitan area with his wife and two children.
