EXIT Lakes Realty Premier to Raise Funds to Benefit Lakes Area Habitat for Humanity, Corporate Will Match

Baxter, MN – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by EXIT Lakes Realty Premier benefiting Lakes Area Habitat for Humanity, an organization committed to bringing people together to build homes, community and hope.

EXIT Lakes Realty Premier is part of the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.  Throughout the summer and fall of 2019, Broker/Owner Chad Schwendeman and the real estate professionals at EXIT Lakes Realty Premier will collect donations from clients, friends and family, and the community at large and will hold fundraising events to support Habitat for Humanity.  EXIT Realty Corp. International has committed to match the funds raised by EXIT Realty Associates up to $10,000 for a total expected donation to Lakes Area Habitat for Humanity of $20,000.

In 2018, the EXIT Lakes Realty Premier team made headlines when they teamed up with the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program for record-breaking fundraising efforts benefiting the Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen.
