$8 Million in Charitable Support Helps EXIT Realty Give Back to Local Communities

Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to announce that its Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program has surpassed an extraordinary $8 million in giving, underscoring the company’s commitment to fostering positive change across North America.

Preparing for the Future: Emma's House Endowment Auction

Hamilton, Montana (Grassroots Newswire) March 28, 2025 -- Tina Coleman, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Montana & Idaho teamed up with April Martz, Owner of Bar4Bar Furnishings and Big Sky Cigar Company for a special live auction which raised $4,000 for the Emma’s House Endowment Fund during the recent Emma’s House Annual Gala. 

As an EXIT associate, Tina was able to secure a $3,000 match from EXIT Realty Corp. International for net funds raised by EXIT associates through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program. Thanks to the fundraising efforts at the auction, through a social media donation campaign, and the match Emma’s House Endowment Fund will receive a total kick start of $7,357.

EXIT Realty’s Charitable Giving Tops $7 Million

 

Mississauga, ON – Tami Bonnell, Co-Chair of EXIT Realty Corp. International, today announced that the company’s allocation to its charitable fund has exceeded $7 million.
 
“Giving back has been what we do since the company’s inception almost twenty-six years ago,” said Bonnell.  “It’s part of our business model and it’s ingrained in the hearts of our associates.”
 
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is allocated to its charitable fund.  Beginning with a partnership with Habitat for Humanity and extending in 2017 to benefit other qualifying non-profits, the company’s philanthropy continues to spread. With the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
 
Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic is only one of dozens of non-profits receiving support from the Spirit of EXIT this year.  Located in Sevier County, Tennessee, the clinic provides primary medical care, basic dental care, medication assistance programs, and behavioral healthcare.  “This charity is one that I have personally volunteered for as a PA assistant. They serve over 28,000 people who have no medical insurance. They serve some of the poorest in our area,” says Jerry Sandifer, Franchisee of EXIT Tennessee Realty Pros in Sevierville, TN.  EXIT’s head office was proud to match EXIT Tennessee Realty Pros’ sponsorship of the clinic’s Swingin’ for Hope golf event held this spring for a total donation of $10,000 to Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic.
 
When Jennifer Britain’s son, Ethan, lost his sight, Pepper the guide dog entered their lives and the needs of others who require guide dogs came into focus.  “The CNIB Foundation is currently at a critical point in the development of their program and is in urgent need of Canadian born and trained guide dogs. I can personally attest to how impactful the receipt of a guide dog was for my son, from independence to companionship, his life is forever changed for the better,” she said.  For the second year in a row, Britain, the Administrator at EXIT Realty Matrix, Brokerage, in Ottawa, Ontario, rallied a team to participate in the CNIB’s “Pup Crawl” walk to raise money, coinciding with International Guide Dog Day.  They hoped to raise $3,000 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, but they far exceeded their goal, coming in at $10,760.50 for a total donation to CNIB of $13,076,50.

EXIT Realty’s Charitable Support Reaches $6.8 Million

Mississauga, ON – Communities across the U.S. and Canada benefit from the philanthropic partnership between EXIT Realty sales professionals and the company’s corporate charitable initiative known as the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program.  Tami Bonnell, Co-Chair of EXIT Realty Corp. International, today announced that the corporate charitable contributions to-date have reached $6.8 million furthering the company’s commitment in support of its agents’ fundraising efforts. 

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to charity.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT Associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. 
 
“Our associates support charities across a wide spectrum of needs, including medical support and research, children’s services, community and veteran support, animal welfare and more,” said Bonnell.
 
The pandemic caused many charities to pivot and EXIT associates adapted to meet their needs. “We have worked with EasterSeals for several years now locally. The past two years, they have not been able to host their traditional EasterSeals Telethon where they raise most of their funds. We felt it was time to step up and truly help this amazing cause,” said Kristen Trembinski, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Northern Ontario and Broker/Co-Owner of EXIT Realty Lake Superior, Brokerage. 
 
Trembinksi and her team hosted their own telethon to raise money generating $5,000 in donations which EXIT’s head office matched for a total of $10,000 assisting EasterSeals’ mission of “helping kids with physical disabilities succeed.”
 
Sometimes, the fundraising initiatives organized by EXIT associates blossom beyond their wildest dreams.  In Colorado, Kristen Spagnoletti, Associate Broker with EXIT Realty DTC, Cherry Creek, Pikes Peak, applied to the Spirit of EXIT program to match the funds she hoped to raise in the Big Ride for WillStrong event she organized in support of WillStrong Cancer Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising money to fund research into high-risk leukemia. “Will Maniatis, age 14, lost his life following a battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.  Will was a friend of my son, and his mother, Claudia, is one of my best friends,” said Spagnoletti.  “Before he passed, Will started this foundation to help ensure no other child would have to go through what he did.  I wanted to honor his life.” 
 
Through organizing a bike ride, fundraising dinner and silent auction, Spagnoletti hoped to raise $20,000 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, however $80,328.38 was raised for a total donation of $100,328.38 to WillStrong Cancer Foundation.
 
“When Kristen launched this initiative for WillStrong, she had hoped to raise enough for the very generous EXIT Realty match, and we would have all considered this a very successful campaign.  What unfolded, however, was truly miraculous as we had so many donors step up inspired by the EXIT Realty match and it was the fuel for what we now consider to be an astonishingly amazing fundraiser,” said Claudia Maniatis, Founder and Director of WillStrong Cancer Foundation. “We at WillStrong are so grateful for Kristen’s involvement and energy and for the power of EXIT standing behind her to bring more fundraising success to The Big Ride.”

EXIT Inspired Real Estate to Raise Funds Benefiting Operation Santa Cause Inc., Corporate Will Match


Middleburg, FL – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by EXIT Inspired Real Estate benefitting Operation Santa Cause Inc., a 501c3 Orange Park-based non-profit that has been dedicated to providing toys for the children of Florida National Guard personnel and Gold Star children since 2013.

 
EXIT Inspired Real Estate is a member of the EXIT Southeast and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages, and a portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT brokerages and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.  On Saturday, October 30th, the brokerage will host a “Ride with Santa” poker run leaving from the American Legion 250 Middleburg at 9:30 a.m. Two hundred and fifty riders are expected to participate arriving at Boogerville Hideout Bar in Green Cove Springs, where a vendor fair will be held offering shopping, draws, food, and live music by the Tiffany Sweet Band.  Holiday-themed costumes are encouraged so Santa will feel right at home.  The public can register to participate at 9:30 a.m. at the American Legion 250 Middleburg for a donation of $25 per rider and $15 per passenger.

In this event our Broker Felicia McGee was tasked with raising money for Kids to Love. This is a 501(c)(3) approved Foundation. Since incorporation in 2004, the Kids to Love Foundation has been able to reach over 275,000 foster children, rescuing them and meeting their needs. Felicia set out with a goal to raise 3000 dollars and she was able to raise over 1500. With the Spirit of EXIT program's dollar for dollar matching program she was able to reach her goal that she set. In doing so, she was able to go Over the Edge of the Regions Center in Huntsville, AL. Felicia  rappelled from the top of the 160ft tall building. At EXIT Realty Downhome we are honored to be able to give back to our community and support local charities. Felica already has plans to do it again next year and raise even more money. And we can't wait to see her do this, from the ground!.

 --EXIT Realty in the Music City banded together with Tif & Lee Turner for a virtual concert in support of the Recording Academy’s  MUSICARES program.  With matching funds from EXIT realty Corp. International, over $7200 was raised to assist musicians in need.

We have chosen the NVFD not only because we do live in the Kodak community, but we also know how important they are and we should be doing whatever we can to support them in their efforts to save lives. The "Heart Start" Initiative will run from Dec 1st through Dec 31st to raise money for 5 Heart Start FRx-AED (Defibrillators) so that the NVFD can equip all their engines, and their first response vehicles. Mississauga, ON – Communities across the U.S. and Canada will see a further bump in support as the funds pledged by EXIT Realty Corp. International to support local charities reach $6 million.  This announcement was made recently by the company’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, during an awards event broadcast across North America.

Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.
 
In this year of “business as unusual”, charitable organizations have had to pivot.  For example, many children rely on school lunch programs every day and when schools were closed at the beginning of the stay-at-home order, communities scrambled to find alternatives.  In Horry County, South Carolina, several school employees helping to prepare free, drive-through lunches to meet this need tested positive for COVID-19, so the program was closed.
 
Help 4 Kids was the organization driving this initiative.  Help 4 Kids began in 2004 when, with help from teachers and school administrators to identify children in need, they distributed 300 backpacks filled with nutritious, child friendly, self-serve food. Today, this organization serves more than 3,000 food packs per week to the children of Horry County. The program closure due to the pandemic put an additional strain on Help 4 Kids as they were unable to hold their traditional fundraisers.

International was proud to match.  In fact, they exceeded their expectations resulting in a total donation to Help 4 Kids of $10,606.01.

Nashville, TN (Grassroots Newswire) January 6, 2020 -- Everyone deserves a good pair of shoes.   EXIT Realty Elite in The Gulch joined Soles4Souls to help walk the economic divide for those in need.  Over 300 hundred shoes were donated by the agents and $6500 raised with special help from EXIT Realty Corp International.

Montana Guardian Fund Recipient of First 'Love for LEOs' Donation

Local REALTOR® Takes Initiative


Hamilton, Montana (Grassroots Newswire) December 20,2019 -- Heather Lupton, a REALTOR with EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley, began the initiative Love for LEOs (Law Enforcement Officers) in the beginning of 2019 because law enforcement is near and dear to her heart. Blue blood runs deep in her family, and she strives to support our LEO communities here in Montana.That being said, Lupton decided that for every real estate transaction she will see through to closing, she would reserve $100 from her commission to donate to a law enforcement foundation. Lupton closed a total of 26 transactions this year.

"It has been my honor and privilege to donate to Flathead County Sheriff K9 program, as well as to Montana Guardian Fund." said Lupton.

The Montana Guardian Fund is a nonprofit charity dedicated to providing financial assistance to families of Montana Peace Officers who lost their lives, or are victims of serious, traumatic and disabling injury, in the line of duty and cannot return to work. Today, Lupton had the pleasure of presenting a personal check in the amount of $2,500 to the Montana Guardian Fund.

Through EXIT Realty Corp. International’s the Spirit of EXIT Dollar for Dollar Matching Program, Montana Guardian Fund will receive an additional $2,500 for a total donation of $5,000.
