2nd Annual Warm Winter Wear Drive in Minnetonka

Minnetonka, MN (Grassroots Newswire) 10/7/2020 -- Community is the heart of real estate.  With the holiday season and the winter season approaching, this is an excellent time to give thanks, express gratitude and support the communities we live in.  More importantly, it’s also a time to consider those who are in need in our communities.  What will you do this holiday season to make a difference?

This local real estate team from Minnetonka Minnesota have joined forces and made it a family affair to give back to the community they serve and live!  Rachel-the-Realtor with EXIT Realty Nexus, is a Local Real Estate Team is hosting their 2^nd Annual Warm Winter Wear Drive! They are doing their part to keep kids and families warm this winter! Realtor Rachel Fredrickson, Client Service Assistant Rachael Peraza, and mini Realtor-in-Training, 8 year old Kaiynne Fredrickson are giving back to the community where they live! This October, they are going door to door and collecting new and slightly used winter warm wear (hats, gloves, mittens, coats) and donating it all to Resource West in Hopkins MN. Resource West is a non-profit who gives these items to local families in need every year. Last year a community member told Rachel Fredrickson, ‘in a world of me, this is a great we thing to do.” She couldn’t agree more!
