EXIT Realty East Coast Agents Attend Home Buying Seminar with FM Home Loans

Holmdel, NJ  - 08/23/2024 -- Real estate agents from EXIT Realty East Coast in Holmdel recently attended a seminar held by David Mizrahi of FM Home Loans titled "Mortgage and Home Buying Process 101". The seminar, held on August 22, 2024 in EXIT Realty East Coast's office in Holmdel, reviewed the entire home-buying process, winning offer strategies in today's market, the tax advantages of home ownership, and more. Mizrahi and EXIT's agents also discussed the changing real estate environment following the passing of the New Jersey Real Estate Consumer Protection Enhancement Act.
