Holmdel, NJ 11/19/25 -- This October, local real estate brokerage EXIT Realty East Coast hosted its 8th Annual Donation Drive for local non-profit organization Lunch Break. Lunch Break, located in Red Bank, NJ, is dedicated to helping families in need in Monmouth County, NJ  and beyond. With donations from the company, their clients, friends, and members of the local community, EXIT was able to collect almost 1,000 pounds of food and hygiene items.

EXIT Realty East Coast Makes Spirits Bright with Angel Tree Drive for Salvation Army

Holmdel, NJ 12/18/2024 -- This season of giving, EXIT Realty East Coast hosted their 10th annual Angel Tree Drive for the Salvation Army of Red Bank.

The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children across the country every year. The Angels' Christmas Wish Lists are distributed to donors within their community who purchase their requested gifts. The gifts are then distributed to the families to put under their Christmas Tree.

Agents from all of the EXIT Realty East Coast company offices participated by selecting a child/children from the Angel List, which included 30 children in total, and purchasing gifts of clothing and toys specifically requested for them.  Ann-Marie O'Brien, Company Coordinator at EXIT Realty East Coast, has led the charge for the company's Angel Tree Drive  every year since starting it in 2014, and has been working with this program for more than 20 years.

Holmdel, NJ_10/31/24 -- EXIT Realty East Coast is currently hosting its 7th Annual Donation Drive for Lunch Break, a local non-profit organization in Red Bank, NJ that helps those in need in Monmouth County and beyond. 

The company is collecting non-perishable food and hygiene items now through November 20th. Donations may be dropped off at EXIT Realty East Coast's office at 57 E. Main Street in Holmdel, NJ, or items may be sent to the office address via Amazon or other online platforms.

Some suggested items for donation include natural peanut butter, canned fruit, apple sauce, healthy cereals, oatmeal, dried & canned beans, soup, canned meats, pasta (not spaghetti), canned vegetables, and almond or oat milk that is shelf stable (plain). In addition to food, diapers (Newborn through size 6), baby wipes, and toiletries are also accepted. 

Last year, the company collected 1,200 lbs of food; a record-high number of donations since starting the drive in 2017.

Holmdel, NJ 10/21/24 -- EXIT Realty East Coast is currently hosting its 7th Annual Donation Drive for Lunch Break, a local non-profit organization in Red Bank, NJ that helps those in need in Monmouth County and beyond. 

The company is collecting non-perishable food and hygiene items now through November 20th. Donations may be dropped off at EXIT Realty East Coast's office at 57 E. Main Street in Holmdel, NJ, or items may be sent to the office address via Amazon or other online platforms.

Some suggested items for donation include natural peanut butter, canned fruit, apple sauce, healthy cereals, oatmeal, dried & canned beans, soup, canned meats, pasta (not spaghetti), canned vegetables, and almond or oat milk that is shelf stable (plain). In addition to food, diapers (Newborn through size 6), baby wipes, and toiletries are also accepted. 

Last year, the company collected 1,200 lbs of food; a record-high number of donations since starting the drive in 2017.

The training reviewed buyer agency representation contracts and duties, effective buyer counseling techniques, and successful negotiation practices. Taught by renowned buyer's agent trainer/coach, Christine M. “Tina” Caggiano, the training follows Governor Murphy’s signing of the Real Estate Consumer Protection Act into law, which will take effect August 1, 2024 and strengthens both consumer and real estate licensee protections.
