Extraordinary Real Estate Service & Performance Garners Outstanding Recognition
Mississauga, ON – For an incredible second year in a row, Sales Representative, Kyle Johnson of EXIT Realty Associates in Dieppe, NB, sweeps EXIT Realty Corp. International’s annual awards recognition, claiming the company’s pinnacle of awards and many other high echelon accolades at their Canadian Regional Conference in Halifax, NS this fall.

Johnson was recognized as the company’s 2025 Tri-Real-A-Thon winner, an award bestowed upon an individual who meets the minimum qualifiers of 35 listings, 24 sales, and four sponsors in the brand’s production year from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. In addition to taking home this “Iron Man of EXIT” award, Johnson also received EXIT’s Top Gross GCI, Top Unit Producer, and Top Sales Volume awards for all of North America, as well as was inducted into the Million Dollar Circle for his fourth consecutive year and received a Titanium Elite award for closing 200+ sides in the production year.
That’s 50 more sides than he was awarded for in 2024. The gravity of these accolades is only further underscored by such a remarkable year in the industry, defined by grit, innovation, and change; all qualities that could also describe Johnson, who joined the brand nearly a decade ago, and went from train conductor to closing hundreds of real estate transactions annually, and hasn’t looked back.
