Scott Steger with EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions Named Broker of the Year – East USA

Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to recognize Scott Steger, Broker/Owner of EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions in Florida, as the brand’s 2025 Broker of the Year for the East U.S. Division, presented during the company’s NashVegas Road Trip this fall.

With a real estate career that spans four decades, Steger has built a four-office operation throughout central Florida serving the Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Edgewater, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, and surrounding areas, one of which is also home to EXIT’s top North American team for the last three consecutive years.

 

Steger brings a dynamic combination of industry longevity, philanthropy, and entrepreneurial insight to the EXIT brand. Before joining EXIT in 2013, he successfully founded and led multiple businesses, managed large-scale teams, and oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets across diverse industries and markets, which led him to the non-profit sector In addition to shaping EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions into one of the most respected brokerages in the region, Steger is also the president of the National Center for Prevention and Research Solutions (NCPRS), a non-profit focused on youth health and drug prevention programs.
