Somerville, MA – In gratitude for the support shown to EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates by the local community, the real estate brokerage recently enjoyed interacting with the residents of Ball Square and the surrounding area. John J. Dean Jr & Derek Beatrice set up a table outside the EXIT Realty Office located in the heart of Ball Square at 660 Broadway and were handing out American Flags, water, and grocery bags to the Somerville residents on their way to see the fireworks on Trum Field.

It was great to see residents coming from Trum Field into Ball Square looking for "the two guys by the bridge handing out American Flags. We were able to hand out over 700 American Flags,” said Dean. Next year we'll have to order close to two thousand American Flags to meet the demand.

Middleton EXIT Realty Office Gives Back to the Community

North Andover 4th of July Road Race

North Andover, MA – In gratitude for the support shown to EXIT Realty Beatrice Associates by the local community, the real estate brokerage recently enjoyed sponsoring the North Andover 4th of July Road Races. Ellen Cullen, Cindi Richard & Derek Beatrice were handing out American Flags, water, and grocery bags to the North Andover residents when they completed the Kids Fun Run, 5k & 10k.

Ellen Cullen, Cindi Richard & Derek Beatrice were handing out American Flags, water, and grocery bags to the North Andover residents when they completed the Kids Fun Run, 5k & 10k.

“This was such a great community event to raise funds for the North Andover Senior Citizens,” says Cullen.  Ellen & Cindi handed out over 700 American Flags throughout the day.  “It was quite a site to see all the American Flags over the North Andover Common at the end of the day,” says Richard.  Next year we'll have to order close to two thousand American Flags to meet the demand.
