Weston, Wisconsin (Grassroots Newswire) 5.28.2024 -- In gratitude for the support shown to EXIT Midstate Realty by the local community, the real estate brokerage will be holding a brat and hotdog cookout where all benefits raised will go to the Christmas in July Charity on June 4, 2024 from 10:30am to 6:30pm at 4111 Schofield Ave. Ste 10, Weston WI 54476.

The Christmas in July Charity works with organizations in the area to collect toys to be given to children at the Marshfield Childrens hospital throughout the year.  They also raise funds, which are used towards items that the children use for a more comfortable stay, items that are not in the programs operating budget. EXIT Midstate Realty will be selling jumbo brats and 1/4 pound hot dogs to raise money to be donated to the Christmas in July Charity. The Spirit of EXIT program, which is ran thru EXIT Realty Corp. International, will be matching all funds raised, dollar-for-dollar. At last years event EXIT Midstate Realty raised over $3,300, which was then matched by EXIT Realty Corp. International, for a grand total of over $6,500. The goal for this year is to raise even more, which will help fund bigger ticket items for the children.

Weston, Wisconsin (Grassroots Newswire) July 11, 2022 -- In gratitude for the support shown to EXIT Midstate Realty by the local community, the real estate brokerage recently On June 7, 2022, EXIT Midstate Realty, along with some of our real estate affiliates, held a Brat Fry to raise funds for Christmas in July Charity. We set up in the parking lot of our office, which is on one of the main roads in our area. We had Santa join us to wave to vehicles driving by. He also greeted children and adults, even posing for a few photos. Approximately 350+ brats and hotdogs were sold! This, along with cash donations the day of the event, afforded EXIT Midstate Realty the opportunity, along with our sponsors, to donate $3,402.  An additional $3,000 was donated by the EXIT Realty Spirit of EXIT program.  Bringing the grand total donated to the Christmas in July Charity to $6,402.

Many of the agents at EXIT Midstate Realty have children or grandchildren, some of which have had stays or procedures at Marshfield Children’s Hospital. EXIT Midstate Realty to Raise Funds Benefiting Christmas in July Charity, Corporate Will Match

Public invited to Brat Fry fundraiser June 7th

 
Weston, WI – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by EXIT Midstate Realty benefitting Christmas in July Charity, the Rothschild-based non-profit committed to supporting children and families enduring hospitalizations and medical treatment.  

 

EXIT Midstate Realty is a member of the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT brokerages and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.  On Tuesday, June 7, 2022, EXIT Midstate Realty professionals will host a “Brat Fry” in the parking lot of their office located at 4111 Schofield Ave #10 in Weston from 10:30am until 6:30pm. A $5 donation will get you a brat (or hot dog) with all the fixings (including sauerkraut), chips and a drink. Guests will have the opportunity to stay and enjoy their meal or grab it and go.  All proceeds from the sale of the food will be donated to Christmas in July Charity.

 

Alissa Prentice, Owner of EXIT Midstate Realty, explains the reason this non-profit inspired her team to fundraise. “Many of our agents have children or grandchildren, some of whom have had stays or procedures at Marshfield Children’s Hospital, the main beneficiary of Christmas in July Charity’s efforts. This is a newer charity in our area so we want to help get their name and cause out to the community.”

International has committed to match the funds raised by EXIT Realty associates up to $3,000 for a total expected donation to Christmas in July Charity of $6,000. “The money we raise will afford them the opportunity to purchase toys for patients, remodel areas of Marshfield Children’s Hospital that don’t currently fit into the operating budget, as well as provide for patient birthday and end of treatment parties and restock activity areas,” says Prentice.
