Guthrie, Oklahoma (Grassroots Newswire) Oct 11, 2012 -- In gratitude for the support shown to EXIT Realty Martin & Associates by the local community, the real estate brokerage recently has raised over 150 coats to distribute to the Logan County Youth and Family Services. This Coat Drive was very important to the community due to the closing of the House on Pine, which distributed coats through out Logan County. EXIT Realty saw the need in the community and felt the urge to pitch in and help fill the void.

No one should have to brave the cold Oklahoma wind without a coat, especially a child.

Edmdond / Guthrie , Oklahoma City (Grassroots Newswire) 09/17/2012 -- With drought like conditions causing countless wildfires, combined with a weak economy many Oklahomans are facing a bleak winter this year.   "No one should have to brave the cold Oklahoma wind without a coat, especially a child!” Say Bo Martin, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Martin and Associates.  In an effort to support the reestablishment of struggling Oklahomans back into a main stream lifestyles, two local real estate companies have organized a coat drive to help keep families warm this winter.   EXIT Strategies Realty of Edmond Oklahoma and EXIT Realty Martin and Associates in Guthrie Oklahoma have banned together to make a warm winter possible for those that cannot currently help themselves.   In Edmond Oklahoma, Hope Center and Emergency Assistance will handle the distributions of the coats once collected and in Guthrie Oklahoma, the Logan Youth and Family Services will be the recipients.  Coats can be dropped off during regular business hours 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.   Those wishing to donate but cannot drop off their coats can call Jim Lee at EXIT Strategies Realty to arrange for a pick-up.  Jim’s number is 405-285-9322 ext 103.
