Webster, MN – Tami Bonnell, CEO, EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that the subfranchisor rights for the State of Wisconsin have been awarded to Bill Pankonin.

Pankonin is 10-year veteran with EXIT Realty having started his career with the real estate franchisor as a Broker/Owner in Minnesota.  Pankonin later went on to become the Regional Owner of that state plus Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota growing to a combined total of 31 franchise locations across the 4 states.  He now adds Wisconsin’s 6 brokerages under the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest banner with aggressive growth planned for the entire region.

Crossing Iowa on Foot and Raising Charitable Funds

EXIT Realty North Star Agent Mandi Pralle & Her Husband Kris Rachut

Des Moines, Iowa (Grassroots Newswire) 6/6/14 --Mandi Pralle, an agent in the EXIT Realty North Star office, is making a run across the state of Iowa with her husband, Kris Rachut. Beginning in Fairview, SD, on Monday, June 6, 2014, Pralle and Rachut plan to take 10 days to cover 300 miles.

The married couple are natives of northern Iowa and are making the run as a fundraiser for Save the Children. "We will be running without a support crew, just what we have on our backs," said Rachut.

They plan to follow Highway 18 for the most part, ending up in Marquette. Overnight towns along their route include Sheldon, Spencer, Emmetsburg, Algona, Garner, Mason City, Charles City, New Hampton and Clermont.

Veterans of several ultra-marathons, the couple most recently participated in a 100k run in Houston in January. Weekends for the two have consisted of back-to-back long training runs. For this run, Pralle and Rachut chose Save the Children to support and five their run a larger purpose. Their goal is to raise $2,000.

The couple moved to Des Moines in January. Pralle recently joined EXIT Realty North Star and is awaiting her licensing, at which time she is ready to use her experience in real estate investing to provide informed and tailored service to her clients.
