Median Home Prices Increases Over 7%

Killeen, Texas (Grassroots Newswire) August 20, 2012 -- The median home price in the Killeen and greater Fort Hood area rose 7.4% to $128,865 in the month of July 2012.  When compared to the same period ending in July of 2011, the median home price was $119,990.  Home sales also rose in the month of July to 283 homes sold as compared to last year in July when 175 homes where sold in the area.  To see a graph of the numbers visit:  www.realtysalesdata.com
