Regional Real Estate Awards Honor Local Professionals

Laredo, TX – EXIT Realty Corp. International honored local real estate professionals recently at its Central Texas Regional Retreat and Award Ceremony. Members of the business community were invited to attend for an informative day including sessions covering business development and real estate industry trends.

The following central Texas real estate professionals and brokerages where recognized for their region-wide accomplishments in 2018:

Home Sales Decline in September

As Home Prices Continue to Increase

Killeen, Texas (Grassroots Newswire) October 18, 2012 -- Local home sales dip in September.

The Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS® monthly home sales report show that homes sales for the month of September 2012 dropped to 175 homes compared to 269 homes in the month of August 2012.  This is a -34% dropped in month over month comparison.  The summer months of 2012 saw some of the highest monthly home sale numbers in over 3 years, peaking out at 283 homes sold during the month of July.

The median home price though has continues to rise, ending at $129,900 through the end of September as compared to September of 2011 where it was at $120,000.  That is just over an 8% increase in home prices from one year to the next.

Median Home Prices Increases Over 7%
