Irmo, South Carolina (Grassroots Newswire) 05/10/2019 -- EXIT Palmetto Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the change of Broker-in-Charge and ownership. Lisa Cloyd is now the acting Broker/Owner of the firm.

The office is located in the Ballentine community of Irmo, SC, at 1720 Dutch Fork Rd, suite F, in the shopping center where the Ballentine Post Office is located.

"We have a team of 21 agents, some of whom are new, and have just completed a three-month training program," Lisa explains. "Being licensed and being a good real estate professional are two different things. Our program helps new agents acquire good habits, attitudes and skills to better assist clients in buying and selling real estate.”

The Columbia and surrounding metro area markets are very active now, and our company is ready to help the economy grow. We actually are very low in inventory, hopefully more people thinking about selling will jump in now. Properties aren’t staying on the market long; we are back to multiple offers on properties in some areas now.
