New Brunswick's Jeremie Fontaine Awarded EXIT Realty's Highest International Honour

Mississauga, ON –

Jeremie Fontaine, Sales Representative with EXIT Realty Associates in Dieppe, New Brunswick, was honoured with EXIT Realty Corp. International’s top award, the Tri-Real-A-Thon, during the company’s international Convention held recently at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort near Jacksonville, Florida. The award recognizes outstanding achievement in taking listings, closing real estate transactions and helping to grow the company. 

 

Fontaine joined EXIT Realty in 2018 and has skyrocketed to success. In addition to the Tri-Real-A-Thon, he achieved the ranking of Top Lister in North America and the Million Dollar Circle for earning more than a million dollars in gross closed commissions. He received the Titanium Elite Award in recognition of 200+ closed real estate transaction sides for the period July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, and he was inducted into the company’s prestigious Sapphire Circle in recognition of closing more than 250 sides during his career with EXIT.

Sandra Hussey Awarded Three Top Real Estate Honours by EXIT Realty Corp. International

Trenton, ON – Sandra Hussey, a sales representative with EXIT Realty Group, Brokerage, in Trenton, Ontario, was honoured with the company’s top award during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s annual awards event recently broadcast throughout the US and Canada.

 

Ms. Hussey is a first-time winner of the Tri-Real-A-Thon, EXIT’s “Iron REALTOR^®” award, presented in recognition of outstanding achievement in sales production, listings taken, and helping to grow the company.  Thousands of real estate professionals across the US and Canada vie for this honour, and since 2014 it has been awarded to real estate professionals in the US. Ms. Hussey also took top honours in Gross Closed Commission Income in North America and Top Sales Volume in North America.

 

Ms. Hussey is a Canadian Armed Forces veteran and has been with EXIT Realty Group, Brokerage, since 2013.  In 2021, she also achieved the Million Dollar Circle, the Titanium Award and was inducted into the Emerald Circle in recognition of closing 750 real estate transaction sides during her career with EXIT. International’s Annual Convention which was held recently at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Chad Schwendeman Takes Top Honors at International Real Estate Convention

Minnesota Real Estate Powerhouse Brings Home the Hardware

Nassau, Bahamas – Chad Schwendeman, Broker/Owner of EXIT Lakes Realty Premier with offices in Baxter and Crosby, Minnesota, achieved the highest award bestowed by EXIT Realty Corp. International at the company’s annual Convention held recently at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island in The Bahamas.

The Tri-Real-A-Thon is awarded to the individual in the corporation for outstanding achievement in taking listings, closing transaction sides and introducing agents to the EXIT Realty system during the production year, July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016. 

Real estate professionals from across the continent converged in The Bahamas for intense motivational and educational sessions and to celebrate the company’s 20^th anniversary.  A highlight of the week was the awards ceremony where the best of the best were recognized for their achievements.  In addition to the Tri-Real-A-Thon, Schwendeman took home the awards for Top Gross Sales in North America, Top Lister in North America and Top Unit Producer in North America.  He received the Platinum Award for closing more than 100 sales sides during the production year, and was inducted into both the Emerald Circle and Diamond Circle, for reaching 750 and 1,000 cumulative sides closed in his career with EXIT.  In addition, Schwendeman received the Million Dollar Circle Designation for closing more than $1 million in gross commissions during the production year.  An especially proud moment for Schwendeman occurred when EXIT Lakes Realty Premier was awarded the Top Grossing Office (Multiple) in North America.

On hand to present Schwendeman’s many awards were Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman, EXIT Realty Corp. International and Tami Bonnell, the company’s Chief Executive Officer.  “We are so proud of Chad,” said Bonnell.  “He leads by example with consumers, his agents and in the communities he serves.”
