Steve Morris speaks at Prince William Association of REALTORS® and Chesapeake Conference Center

Founder and Ceo of EXIT Realty Draws Huge Crowds

Woodbridge, VA (Grassroots Newswire) May 25, 2011 –The Founder and CEO of EXIT Realty, Steve Morris, spoke to groups of realtors at the Prince William Association of REALTORS® (PWAR) on May 18th and at the Chesapeake Conference Center on May 19th.

Over 300 realtors were in attendance between the two events. In Woodbridge Mr. Morris was introduced by Forrest Odend'hal, President of PWAR. Morris's three hour training, called "Face Off" focuses on helping sales people understand their responsibility to become trusted advisors to the real estate public. With integrity, positive thinking and strong work ethics, realtors are able to help their clients navigate the real estate process and achieve a successful career through helping others.

Morris has been in the real estate industry for 35 years. Before founding EXIT Realty, Morris was a top producer than broker manager of one of the largest brokerages in the world. He has been named by real estate guru Stefan Swanepoel, author of "Real Trends" and Realtor magazine as one of the top 25 most influential thought leaders in real estate.

EXIT Realty is growing across North America. The franchise offers a unique business model which incentivizes brokers and agents to build the business side by side. The company provides sales people the opportunity to earn residual income over and above their own transactions and an enhanced retirement and beneficiary benefit; all of which have been unheard of in the real estate industry until now. The first EXIT Realty franchise opened in Virginia five years ago. Today EXIT Realty is one of the largest companies in the Commonwealth.
