Home Owners' and Home Buyers' Workshop

Gorham, NH (Grassroots Newswire) March 6, 2014 -- Spring is when people start thinking about buying or selling a home. In order to stand out in the market, a property should be well-maintained and inviting. To that end, EXIT Realty Trailblazers Sales Associate Cimbria Badenhausen has teamed with the Medallion Opera House in Gorham to host a local Home Show to give homeowners the information they need to make their property rise to the top. Exhibitors include home energy experts, green interior designers and more.

Workshops for homeowners begin at 9:30 a.m.and run until noon, when you'll have an opportunity to visit with the exhibitors as you enjoy lunch provided by Bank of New Hampshire. Topics include:  Preparing to List: What you need to know, and For Sale By Owner: Effective way to sell?  Registration for this workshop is $15 per person or $20 for a couple or co-owners.

Home buyer workshops begin at 1:30 p.m. and include information on selecting the right agent and how to choose the right home in a well-stocked market. What is included in a Comparative Market Analysis? What does it mean when a house has been on the market for 300 days, and should that house even be considered? Homeowners and buyers are encouraged to attend both workshops to be best prepared for sale negotiations. Registration for this workshop is $15 per person or $20 for a couple or co-owners.
