Chillicothe, Ohio (Grassroots Newswire) 08-13-2015 - EXIT First Capital Realty’s Scott Rickey was recently awarded REALTOR of the Year by Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS.

The REALTOR of the year award is presented yearly to a REALTOR that has demonstrated involvement in the National Assocaiton of REALTORS, Ohio Association of REALTORS, Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS and had had an impact on their local community.

Scott currenly serves as President of the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS. He is a past treasurer and board member. He has attended conventions and conferences on the local, state, and national level. Scott is a member of First Capital Rotary, Chamber of Commerce and many other local organizations. Scott, also a local auctioneer has donated his time and talents to local fund drives such as the Worthington School Pink Shoe Club and All-Stars, Chillicothe City Schools, Paint Valley Schools, Ducks Unlimited among others. Scott will be an honoree at the Ohio Association of REALTORS this fall at their annual convention for his achievements.
