After nearly 20 years with EXIT Realty, and becoming one of the brand’s largest franchise operations, Broker/Owner, Kris Klair of EXIT Realty Consultants was once again recognized with EXIT Realty’s Superior Growth & Development award at their recent 2024 Convention at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL.

This is the third occasion where he’s been recognized with a special, distinguishing award by the company for his continued commitment to the industry, his clients, and the EXIT Brand. He also took the stage to share sage wisdom on the topic of balance and having it all, as one of a series of Teal Talk sessions enjoyed by Convention goers.

 

Klair, a past, two-time EXIT Broker of the Year, opened his first office in Turlock, CA in 2005 and now boasts locations across California in Modesto, Manteca, Fresno, Ceres, Tracy, and Merced.

Local Real Estate Pro Awarded Top Honours

Hawkesbury, ON – After a decade with EXIT Realty, Associate Broker, Tanya Myre of EXIT Realty Matrix in Hawkesbury, ON, maintains her consistent award-winning streak during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s recent 2024 Convention at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL.

 

During the much-anticipated awards ceremony, one of the many highlights of EXIT’s three-day event, Myre received the #5 Team in North America Award for her Tanya Myre Team, having been within the brand’s top 10 for last four years. She was personally inducted into EXIT’s Million Dollar Circle for the fourth consecutive year and received the Diamond Circle award for accumulating 1,000 real estate transaction sides over the course of her EXIT career. She also received the Platinum production award, for closing over 100 real estate transaction sides in the company’s production year from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.

Shelley, having been with the brand since 2008, was the real estate influence by which Jessica learned, and was delighted in 2015, to foray into ownership with her daughter, and now son-in-law. Together they believe in keeping it “home grown” as a secret to their success, and were also recognized as the brand’s 2023 Brokers of the Year in the South West U.S. division. They now have a bustling operation which includes three office locations in Durango, and Pagosa Springs in Colorado, as well as Farmington, New Mexico.

Jennifer Hart Named EXIT Realty's 2024 International Administrator of the Year

New Smyrna Beach, FL – Having the right administrative staff can make or break a company’s success, especially for real estate brokerages in these times of challenges and change. Jennifer Hart is one such administrator with all the right stuff recently recognized for overseeing a thriving and expanding EXIT Realty brokerage along Florida’s east coast.

 

Named Administrator of the Year and presented with her award during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 2024 convention held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in her home state, Hart is described as the “glue” that holds EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions together by fellow award winner, Carl Vasile, who operates EXIT’s #1 Team in North America out of the same brokerage.

“Since joining EXIT in 2014 Jennifer has been instrumental in the growth and development of EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions. The brokerage quickly expanded, opening a second office in 2015, a third in 2017, and the most recent and fourth location in 2021. As the cornerstone of all four locations, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated her ability to handle any task, no matter how big or small. It has truly been an honor for my team to work alongside her,” said EXIT’s Manager of Franchise Support, Derek Stephenson, who was in attendance during the anticipated awards ceremony, a highlight of EXIT’s three-day event, along with Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, and U.S. CEO, Craig Witt.
