On Thursday May 31 from 11-12:00pm EXIT REALTY WELCOME HOME Brokerage, located at 7280 Main St. Stayner would like to invite all who are interested to our Lunch-and-Learn program with special guest, paralegal Christina De Palma.

During her 60 minute presentation, Christina will be discussing how to properly go about handling a property currently occupied by a tenant. It is important to know how to address this situation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act. Christina will also be discussing various other aspects of a Tenancy such as unpaid rent, damage and ending a Tenancy.

Lastly, Christina will be discussing the new Standard Lease Agreement. She will review the advantages as well as the shortcomings of the document and how to ensure the Lease is filled out to protect both the Landlord and the Tenant.
