Martinsburg, WV 5/16/18 – In March of 2018, Chris and Jennifer Fleming joined EXIT Success Realty. The couple had previously sold homes in the Eastern Panhandle with a different brokerage but decided that EXIT Success Realty better suited their business needs. The decision has paid dividends for the Fleming’s. In a little over two months since joining EXIT, the Fleming’s have collectively had 6 properties go under contract, 3 properties close, and 3 new listings. Between the two agents, EXIT Success Realty has received over $2 Million in gross sales volume in the couple’s first two months.
