EXIT Central Realty to Raise Funds Benefiting Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity, Corporate Will Match

Dover, DE – EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that it has committed to match funds raised by EXIT Central Realty benefitting Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit ecumenical housing ministry that seeks to eliminate poverty housing.  

EXIT Central Realty with locations in Dover and Milford, is part of the EXIT Mid-Atlantic and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund.  Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. 

On Friday, April 12^th and Saturday, April 13^th, 2019, EXIT Central Realty will host its second annual EXIT Realty Hearts for Homes event.  “This year we plan to radio broadcast throughout Delaware from the event location at Lowe’s Home Improvement (1450 N. Dupont Hwy. Dover) and we will be asking for help from the members of the Home Builders Association of Delaware and contractors licensed throughout the state.  We will be supported by 84 Lumber and Lowe’s again this year.  We are raising both material and cash donations,” said Michele Bilow, Broker of Record, EXIT Central Realty. EXIT Realty Corp. International has committed to match the funds raised by EXIT Realty associates up to $20,000 for a total expected donation to Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity of $40,000.
