Martinsburg, WV (Grassroots Newswire) May 11, 2021 -- EXIT Success Realty is honored to announce that agents Chrissy McAfee and Robert Bir as well as broker, Howard Kronthal have earned Top Producer recognition from the EPBR (Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors) for 2020. McAfee and Bir joined the list as first year achievers while Kronthal has earned the honor for 10+ years.

The EPBR’s criteria to be eligible for this award states an agent must have sales totaling 2.5 million or 15 closed transactions for the year.

“I have one on one meetings with my agents to set goals and I am so proud of Chrissy and Bob. They worked hard throughout the year to achieve and exceed their goals and I am excited to see what they and the rest of my agents will do in 2021, said Kronthal.

In April EXIT Success agents exceeded their transaction goal with 26 closings for a total of 5.1 million in closed transactions and over $130,000 in gross commissions for the office.

Office manager, Kem Warr, issued a challenge to our agents for May to close 28 transactions during the month.
