EXIT Realty Organizes Little League Baseball Clinic

Clinic Aims to Teach Youth Baseball Fundamentals, Raise Funds for Food Bank

Ottawa, ONTARIO (Grassroots Newswire) April 27, 2022 -- Hooray! It’s Baseball season once again!

AJ Plant, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Eastern Ontario, is once again facilitating a FREE Little League baseball clinic at Ottawa’s AAA Stadium on Saturday, May 14th for area Little League Associations. The annual clinic for approximately 160 players will be conducted within two sessions: 10-12:30pm and 1:30-4pm. The clinic is available for registered Little League players aged 9-13 yrs. Players must pre-register and receive confirmation. Players should wear baseball pants and bring their own glove, baseball cap, batting helmet, and water.   

Instructors will include a former MLB scouts and pro players, collegiate graduates and local LL coaches to help teach the youngsters the basic mechanics for hitting, throwing, fielding and pitching. All good fun for kids to have a positive and more successful experience with baseball this year. Local EXIT Realty agents will be volunteering to BBQ hotdogs and assist with logistics.  

Free hot dogs/drinks will be provided for all players courtesy of Beacon Hill – Cyrville Councilor Tim Tierney. The concourse will have the pitch speed radar set up to register velocity. The event will also collect cash donations for the Gloucester Emergency Food Cupboard with funds matched by EXIT Realty Corp. International.

Registration will begin on May 1^st. Parents should check with their Little League Association’s website for more details.
