EXIT Realty’s EXIT Realty Southern of Sulphur/Lake Charles Receives Philanthropist of the Year

Sulphur/Lake Charles, Louisiana (Grassroots Newswire) 11/15/23 - EXIT Realty Southern’s EXIT Realty Southern was recently awarded Philanthropist of the Year by Family & Youth. 

Philanthropist of the Year award acknowledges the contributions of time, talent and treasure for the betterment of Southwest Louisiana. Philanthropy is the act of individual citizens contributing money or goods, along with their time and skills, to promote the well-being of others and the betterment of the community. 

From the top down, EXIT REALTY SOUTHERN and EXIT REALTY Corp INT'L strive to put their money where their heart is. That's why when EXIT associates heard the needs and challenges CASA faced they immediately wanted to help. In May of 2022, EXIT REALTY SOUTHERN and their associates organized a Cheers for CASA fundraiser event at Crying Eagle Brewery. With only a few months of planning, EXIT associates were able to gather the donations of items and secure event sponsors to make the first Cheers for CASA a huge success. From their efforts, and with the dollar for dollar matching program made available by The Spirit of EXIT charitable giving fund, EXIT REALTY SOUTHERN was able to present CASA with a check for $11,500. The following year in May of 2023, EXIT'S Cheers for CASA moved to Pujo St Cafe where the event occupied the entire restaurant. Again through the efforts of EXIT associates, and The Spirit of EXIT charitable giving fund, EXIT REALTY SOUTHERN was proud to present a check to CASA in the amount for over $17,000!
