Local Real Estate Agent Recognized Internationally for Outstanding Achievement

Bridgewater, NS – The real estate market in many areas of the country saw a correction in 2022/2023 to a more sustainable pace following the buying and selling frenzy of the past few years. International Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, and Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell. Among them was Mark Seamone, Owner and Associate Broker with EXIT Realty Inter Lake in Bridgewater, who received the Gold Award for closing more than 75 real estate transaction sides.  His sales team, the The MarkthatSOLD Home Selling Team, achieved the ranking of #8 team in North America for EXIT.  Awards reflect the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
