Local Business Owners Receive Big Recognition

Charlottetown, PE – They may be located in one of Canada’s smallest provinces, but Broker/Owner, Steve Yoston and his wife, Carol O’Hanley who co-own EXIT Realty PEI are big on making a memorable impression in their market.

 

Yoston and O’Hanley recently accepted one of EXIT Realty Corp. International’s highest honours, the Broker of the Year Award for Canada, acknowledging their continued commitment to and role in expanding and strengthening EXIT’s brand along the east coast and across their province through their three office locations in Charlottetown, Summerside, and Montague, PE.

She, along with Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, as well as Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell, and U.S. CEO, Craig Witt, were in the room for the highly anticipated awards ceremony, which was just one of several highlights amidst EXIT’s 2024 convention held at the prestigious Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL, where Yoston also received a Silver Award in recognition of 50+  real estate transactions closed in the corporation’s production year, which runs July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.

 

Since taking over the Charlottetown office in 2015, this husband-and-wife team has been dedicated to superior branding and marketing, especially through their active YouTube channel where they not only showcase clients’ listings, but also provide a behind the scenes look at what makes their offices and agents tick, as well as collaborate with local organizations through their Chatting with Charities sessions.
