Dieppe, NB – Since joining EXIT Realty Associates in Dieppe, NB in 2016, Kyle Johnson has proven himself a dedicated, driven and results-oriented agent taking home some of the brand’s most coveted awards several years in a row. Local Real Estate Agent Recognized as Top Producer in North America at EXIT Realty Convention

Kyle Johnson Honoured as North America’s Top Unit Producer by EXIT Realty Corp. International

 Dieppe, NB – Kyle Johnson, a sales representative with EXIT Realty Associates in Dieppe, received the Top Unit Producer Award during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s annual awards event recently broadcast across the US and Canada. He also achieved the Million Dollar Circle, the Titanium Award in recognition of closing more than 150 real estate transaction sides, and he was inducted into the Ruby Circle in recognition of closing 500 real estate transaction sides during his career with EXIT. All awards were tabulated for the production period of July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021.

Sandra Hussey Awarded Three Top Real Estate Honours by EXIT Realty Corp. International

Trenton, ON – Sandra Hussey, a sales representative with EXIT Realty Group, Brokerage, in Trenton, Ontario, was honoured with the company’s top award during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s annual awards event recently broadcast throughout the US and Canada.

 

Ms. Hussey is a first-time winner of the Tri-Real-A-Thon, EXIT’s “Iron REALTOR^®” award, presented in recognition of outstanding achievement in sales production, listings taken, and helping to grow the company.  Thousands of real estate professionals across the US and Canada vie for this honour, and since 2014 it has been awarded to real estate professionals in the US. Ms. Hussey also took top honours in Gross Closed Commission Income in North America and Top Sales Volume in North America.

 

Ms. Hussey is a Canadian Armed Forces veteran and has been with EXIT Realty Group, Brokerage, since 2013.  In 2021, she also achieved the Million Dollar Circle, the Titanium Award and was inducted into the Emerald Circle in recognition of closing 750 real estate transaction sides during her career with EXIT. All awards were tabulated for the production period of July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021.

In Celebration of the Company’s 25th Anniversary, Key Executive Appointments Announced by EXIT Realty Corp. International

 

Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman of EXIT Realty Corp. International, today announced key executive appointments in celebration of the company’s 25th anniversary.

 

Tami Bonnell has been appointed Co-Chair of EXIT’s international organization. Mrs. Bonnell joined EXIT Realty in 1999 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2012. She is a 40-year veteran of the real estate industry and is an internationally renowned and respected leader. Mrs. Bonnell has been recognized as one of the 200 most powerful and influential people in residential real estate and among the top 10 women leaders.

 

Craig Witt has been appointed CEO of the company’s U.S. organization. Mr. Witt has been with EXIT Realty since 2004. He owned and operated multiple EXIT Realty franchises, rapidly rising through the ranks, and in 2017 he assumed the role of President of the company’s U.S. Division. Mr. Witt works with all levels of the organization to expand EXIT’s footprint across the U.S.

 

Lori Muller has been appointed President, U.S. Division. Joining the company in 2007, until recently Mrs. Muller was the owner of three EXIT Realty brokerages in Wisconsin and was appointed Vice President of the company’s U.S. Division in 2020. She has a passion for growing people and has served the National Association of REALTORS® and Women’s Council of REALTORS® in a leadership capacity both locally and nationally.

 

Joyce Paron has been appointed CEO of the company’s Canadian organization. Ms. Paron joined EXIT Realty in 1997 within months of the company’s launch as a District Owner selling franchises in Ontario. Her entrepreneurial drive, along with a background in land development and business management, were the precursors to her being named President of the Canadian Division for EXIT in 2001.

 

These appointments coincide with the company’s 25th anniversary being celebrated on September 3rd.
