Long-Time Local Real Estate Professional Awarded for Service, Reliability and Leadership

Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to announce that Franchisee, Lee A. Porter of the EXIT Realty Midwest, EXIT Realty - Great Plains, and EXIT Realty Black Hills brokerage operation spanning the upper American Midwest has been recognized with several distinguished awards during the company’s 2025 NashVegas Regional Road Trip this fall.

 

“Lee is one of the most respected figures in the industry today,” explained Craig Witt, EXIT’s U.S. CEO, who was in attendance to present the awards at the multi-stop event. “His reach, influence, and integrity across state lines demonstrate what’s possible when strong values meet strategic vision. His 2025 awards reflect not only his growth metrics but his character and industry leadership.”

 

Porter was honored with the company’s Superior Growth & Development award for expanding into six new markets over the past two years, for his continued activism within multiple state associations, and for understanding the value of strong leadership and relevance in a time defined by grit, innovation, and change. He also received the #3 Highest Producing Multiple Office award for sides, as well as the Bronze award for closing over 25 sides in the company’s production year from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. His awards collection was capped off with EXIT’s Sapphire Circle designation for accumulating 250 sides in his eight years with the brand.

 

No stranger to excellence, Porter has received multiple accolades from the company, including being named 2024 Broker of the Year for EXIT’s Central U.S. Division and he is one of only 20 successful candidates accepted into the exclusive ranks of the National Association of REALTOR’s® 2025 Leadership Academy. As a retired Sargeant with the U.S. Army National Guard, Porter takes his role in the business very seriously, successfully replicating this integrity across his many brokerage and satellite office locations throughout Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota.
