Long-Time Local Real Estate Professionals Recognized for Continuing to Raise the Bar on Service

Mississauga, ON – Strategic planning and growth during this remarkable real estate year defined by grit, innovation, and change, has garnered Franchisees, Sterling and Andrew Stephens of EXIT Realty Metro in Dartmouth, NS several EXIT Realty Corp. International awards during the company’s 2025 Canadian Regional Conference in Halifax, NS this fall.

A well-balanced father/son team bringing their own unique combination of generational wisdom, the Stephens’ brokerage took the #3 Highest Grossing Single Office and #5 Highest Producing Single Office awards in addition to Andrew’s team, & Realty Group ranking as the #10 Team in North America for gross commission income. Andrew also received a Bronze award in recognition of personally closing over 25 sides in the brand’s production year from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

 

After opening EXIT Realty Metro in 2012, Sterling would welcome his son onboard five years later to follow in his real estate footsteps. Building on his father’s over 30 years of industry experience, Andrew took to the business naturally as a second generation professional. Since partnering in ownership in 2023, Sterling received the brand’s Phoenix Award, and he and Andrew have been injecting new life and vigor into the office by embracing a strong technology-forward marketing strategy through video, social media and Andrew’s online Halifax Insider YouTube channel.
