Jessica Mashburn was born and raised in Pemberton, New Jersey, and is a graduate of Pemberton Township High School and Rowan College. She has been married for 19 years and is the proud mother of three daughters. For the past 15 years, she and her family have lived in Franklin Township. Her approach to real estate is method‑driven and empathetic, shaped by her own experiences relocating multiple times due to her husband’s service in the U.S. Army. These moves—from New Jersey to New York, then to Colorado, and back—gave her firsthand insight into the emotional and logistical challenges of buying and selling a home. Jessica uses this perspective to guide clients with confidence, patience, and genuine understanding. Outside of her work, Jessica enjoys time with her husband, their daughters, and their dog, Pixie. She is also an active community volunteer, serving as PTA Vice President and EDP Soccer Fundraising Chair/Treasurer.
