Established Real Estate Broker/Owner Continues to Set a Standard for Excellence

Mississauga, ON – EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to announce that long-time Franchisee, Kris Klair, owner of one of EXIT’s largest franchise operations in California has been awarded Broker of the Year - West USA at EXIT’s recent 30th Year Anniversary Celebration aboard the Norwegian Getaway.

This latest achievement marks Klair’s fourth time receiving EXIT’s Broker of the Year award. He was also recognized for operating the #1 Highest Grossing Multiple Office and the #4 Highest Producing Multiple Office for sides, underscoring the strength of his offices and further solidifying his standing as one of the brand’s leading owners.

 

Having recently celebrated 21 years with EXIT, Klair has built an impressive 10-office real estate enterprise through sustained growth, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence. EXIT Realty Consultants now encompasses brokerage locations throughout California’s Central Valley, spanning from Fresno to Manteca. In 2025, the brokerage expanded its footprint with the addition of two locations.

 

Since opening his first office in Turlock, California, Klair has continued to grow his business while remaining committed to serving his community.
