Leadership Berkeley develops and empowers local leaders. It is designed to identify, educate, and inspire emerging and established leaders who want to make a positive impact in Berkeley County. Participants gain valuable insights into the community’s challenges and opportunities, while building strong connections with local and state leaders.

The Program Objectives for Leadership Berkeley helps participants deepen their knowledge and awareness of the issues and opportunities facing Berkeley County. It helps build lasting connections and communication networks, including face-to-face interaction with State Legislators and government leaders. Program graduates join a strong alumni network actively engaged in improving our community.

The program offers a series of engaging educational sessions, hands-on experiences, and opportunities for meaningful dialogue. Each session focuses on key aspects of the community, encouraging collaboration and leadership growth.
