Wheaton, IL – Tami Bonnell, CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, announces that the subfranchisor rights for the State of Illinois have been awarded to real estate veteran Clint Mellen.

Licensed for more than three decades, Mellen has been a multi-office broker owner for the last quarter century.  As the Franchisee of EXIT Realty Redefined with two locations in the greater Chicago area, he grew his operation to a local power house by focusing on education, not only for the agents in his company but for the public at large, teaching them about the benefits of home ownership.   “The best way to improve the real estate industry is through a better educated public,” he said.
