Franklinville, New Jersey (Grassroots Newswire) 08/23/2024 -- EXIT Realty Defined Broker Owner, Jill Santandrea, travelled to Canada recently for Broker Owner Training, an intense workshop attended by some of the top real estate brokers in North America.

Santandrea participated in discussions focused on developing real estate professionals, company culture and marketing. Also in attendance were Steve Morris, EXIT's Founder & Chairman and other top executives.

Another focus of the Training was ways in which real estate brokerages can become more involved in their local communities. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. Susan Harrison Named Chief Information Officer at EXIT Realty Corp. International

Harrison is a 36-year veteran of the real estate industry having worked with two major franchise brands prior to joining EXIT Realty’s corporate offices in 2000.  Over the years as Senior Vice President she led franchise support, web development, the ancillary department, corporate communications and started the company’s social media presence. 
 
In her new role she will liaise with EXIT’s leadership team and staff as well as the EXIT Family at large to determine the company’s technology requirements and facilitate the prioritization and execution of those requirements.  Focusing in-house development on technology which will support and enhance the company’s unique business model, she will also establish strategic alliances with best-in-class technology providers to deliver solutions to help grow the company. She will continue to oversee EXIT’s philanthropic initiative, The Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program.

Regions of the Year Recognized by EXIT Realty Corp. International

 

Anaheim , CA – EXIT Realty is home to thousands of real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada and recently the corporate head office recognized the outstanding achievement of its champions during an awards ceremony at the Disneyland® Hotel in Anaheim, California.  The ceremony was a highlight of the company’s annual convention presided over by EXIT Realty Corp. International Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, and Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell.
 
A highlight of the event is the recognition of Region of the Year which honors the individuals who shape the future of the company across entire states by identifying and mentoring real estate brokerage owners. This year three such regions received the award: EXIT Realty Upper Midwest, EXIT Realty of Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Oklahoma, and EXIT Southeast.

Mississauga, ON – Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman of EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that the company has paid more than $925,000 in beneficiary residuals to associates’ loved ones.
 
Founded on a belief in the potential of the human spirit, EXIT’s empathy-first business model provides the opportunity to earn passive income now, when an associate wants to take a break or retire from real estate and leave a legacy for their pre-determined beneficiary should something happen to them.
 
One recipient of this legacy benefit is Lauren Miller, daughter of the late Stuart Miller, who was an agent with EXIT Realty Premier Elite in Lake Worth, Florida.  “He knew that the company was top notch,” Lauren said. In Celebration of the Company’s 25th Anniversary, Key Executive Appointments Announced by EXIT Realty Corp. International

 

Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman of EXIT Realty Corp. International, today announced key executive appointments in celebration of the company’s 25th anniversary.
 
Tami Bonnell has been appointed Co-Chair of EXIT’s international organization. Mrs. Bonnell joined EXIT Realty in 1999 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2012. She is a 40-year veteran of the real estate industry and is an internationally renowned and respected leader. Mrs. Bonnell has been recognized as one of the 200 most powerful and influential people in residential real estate and among the top 10 women leaders.
 
Craig Witt has been appointed CEO of the company’s U.S. organization. Mr. Witt has been with EXIT Realty since 2004. He owned and operated multiple EXIT Realty franchises, rapidly rising through the ranks, and in 2017 he assumed the role of President of the company’s U.S. Division. Mr. Witt works with all levels of the organization to expand EXIT’s footprint across the U.S.
 
Lori Muller has been appointed President, U.S. Division. Joining the company in 2007, until recently Mrs. Muller was the owner of three EXIT Realty brokerages in Wisconsin and was appointed Vice President of the company’s U.S. Division in 2020. She has a passion for growing people and has served the National Association of REALTORS® and Women’s Council of REALTORS® in a leadership capacity both locally and nationally.
 
Joyce Paron has been appointed CEO of the company’s Canadian organization. Ms. Paron joined EXIT Realty in 1997 within months of the company’s launch as a District Owner selling franchises in Ontario. Her entrepreneurial drive, along with a background in land development and business management, were the precursors to her being named President of the Canadian Division for EXIT in 2001.
 
These appointments coincide with the company’s 25th anniversary being celebrated on September 3rd.

EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Pledges to Charity Reach $6 Million

Mississauga, ON – Communities across the U.S. and Canada will see a further bump in support as the funds pledged by EXIT Realty Corp. International to support local charities reach $6 million.  This announcement was made recently by the company’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, during an awards event broadcast across North America.    

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.
 
In this year of “business as unusual”, charitable organizations have had to pivot.  For example, many children rely on school lunch programs every day and when schools were closed at the beginning of the stay-at-home order, communities scrambled to find alternatives.  In Horry County, South Carolina, several school employees helping to prepare free, drive-through lunches to meet this need tested positive for COVID-19, so the program was closed.
 
Help 4 Kids was the organization driving this initiative.  Help 4 Kids began in 2004 when, with help from teachers and school administrators to identify children in need, they distributed 300 backpacks filled with nutritious, child friendly, self-serve food. Today, this organization serves more than 3,000 food packs per week to the children of Horry County. The program closure due to the pandemic put an additional strain on Help 4 Kids as they were unable to hold their traditional fundraisers.
 
Enter EXIT Coastal Real Estate Pros. Broker/Owner, MaryAnne Dorio, and her team of real estate professionals were determined to support the good work of Help 4 Kids and they reached out to the Spirit of EXIT Program for help. Dorio and her team sounded a call-to-action to their past and present clients and the community at large to raise funds with a goal of $5,000 in mind which EXIT Realty Corp. International was proud to match.  In fact, they exceeded their expectations resulting in a total donation to Help 4 Kids of $10,606.01.

Mrs. Muller began her career with EXIT Realty in 2007 as Broker/Owner of EXIT Elite Realty in Appleton, Wisconsin, growing that operation to include additional locations in Shawano and Oshkosh.  She is a past President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® for Wisconsin and currently serves on the organization's national executive committee.  For the past three years she has served on the National Association of REALTORS’® Professional Standards Committee and she has also been an RPAC Major Investor President’s Circle Member for the past five years.
