Concord, New Hampshire (Grassroots Newswire) 4/9/2018 -  Local EXIT Realty Great Beginnings’s agents were recently awarded RESA® Certified Staging Advocate™ Designation by Real Estate Staging Association.

On Saturday March 31, 2018 several agents from EXIT Realty Great Beginnings attended Staging To Sell, What Every Agent Should Know. Amy Parker, a RESA approved instructor, led the class at the local office. Agents were further educated on staging; including things such as more than 50 tips that agents can use immediately for staging, as well learned  how to avoid the risk of breach of duty and negligence claims by offering staging as a resource to clients.

Agents included Renee Hopkinson, Rex Yancey, Kevin Millard, Mary Graziano, Jon Mulcahy, David Sommer, Bill DeWitt, and EXIT Realty Great Beginnings Broker Kathy Ahlin. Agents left the class well-educated and ready to use their new skills for their future clients.
