Statewide Real Estate Awards Honor Local Professionals

Chillicothe, OH – EXIT Realty Corp. International honored local real estate professionals recently at its Regional Retreat and Award Ceremony held at the Riverview Conference Center in Chillicothe.   Members of the business community were invited to attend for an informative day including sessions covering business development and real estate industry trends. 

The following real estate professionals and brokerages were recognized for their accomplishments in 2018:

EXIT Best Realty with locations in Lebanon and Morrow was named the #1 Office in Gross Commission Income.  Individual agents from this brokerage were also honored:

• Rick Vaughn - #1 Agent in Gross Commission Income and #2 Agent in Listings Taken
• Chad Blanton - #1 Agent in Sponsoring and #3 Agent in Gross Commission Income
• Jodi Brown - #3 Agent in Listings Taken

Bethany Snowden from EXIT First Capital Realty in Chillicothe was named #1 Agent in Listings Taken and #2 Agent in Gross Commission Income. The EXITing In Excellence Award was presented to Bill and Suzanne Leib, former owners of this brokerage, in recognition of their many years of dedication to EXIT Realty.  They recently sold their franchise to Snowden with an eye towards retirement but will continue their association with EXIT.

Marian Duvall from EXIT Riverbend Realty in Belpre was named Broker of the Year.  Donna Winslow from this brokerage was named Administrator of the Year.
