EXIT Realty Awards Idaho Sub Franchisor Rights to Max and Tina Coleman

Woburn , MA – Tami Bonnell, CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, today announced that the Sub Franchisor rights to the state of Idaho have been awarded to Max and Tina Coleman.

 

Max Coleman joined EXIT Realty in 2006 as the Franchisee for Ravalli County, Montana.  Since then, EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley has grown to include locations in Hamilton, Stevensville, and Darby. Max acquired the sub franchisor rights to Montana in 2012.  His wife Tina joined him in the business in 2013 and has been in the EXIT system for ten years.

Hamilton, Montana (Grassroots Newswire) December 20,2019 -- Heather Lupton, a REALTOR with EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley, began the initiative Love for LEOs (Law Enforcement Officers) in the beginning of 2019 because law enforcement is near and dear to her heart. Blue blood runs deep in her family, and she strives to support our LEO communities here in Montana.That being said, Lupton decided that for every real estate transaction she will see through to closing, she would reserve $100 from her commission to donate to a law enforcement foundation. She can boast an average of hiking 600 miles a year. In 2014, she met her husband Michael and his son Micah. She moved back to ND 3 years ago and stayed home to raise their daughter, Opal. She also took over as caretaker of her parents. Jeanne and Michael wanted to create a life they didn’t need a vacation from, and they knew they wanted to raise their children similar to where they grew up, just with a mountain views and small town values. Hamilton, MT (Grassroots Newswire) 07/20/2018 -- This past Saturday, EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley was one of many sponsors of a Motorcycle Scavenger Hunt to help raise money for the Hamilton Skate Park.  The participants had to stop at all three EXIT Realty offices in the Valley as part of the scavenger hunt.  They were met with refreshments, games and smiling faces.
