Local Real Estate Agent Awarded for Service, Dedication and Industry Integrity

– EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to announce that Sales Representative, Nicole LeBlanc of EXIT Realty Associates in Dieppe, NB has been recognized with several distinguished awards as announced at the company’s recent 2025 Canadian Regional Conference in Halifax, NS this fall.
 
“Nicole is akin to a foundational cornerstone of a prestigious building. She’s a grounding force in the EXIT family; always kind, supportive and unwavering in her care and uplifting of others. She has mentored too many people to count and exudes a quiet, reinforcing energy that is enigmatic,” shared Joyce Paron, EXIT Realty’s Canadian CEO who was in attendance to present awards. “A champion, a leader, a friend to many, she consistently drives a level of production that’s nothing less than jaw-dropping, while always providing service excellence. She’s an icon in our industry and at EXIT. Our special congratulations to her on her many well earned and deserved awards.”
 
LeBlanc was honoured with the company’s Ambassador Award for being driven, steadfast, and one of the hardest workers in the industry, who forms an integral part of the foundation of the EXIT brand on the East Coast. She would also become one of only a handful of agents to take home the company’s Teal Diamond Circle designation for personally accumulating 2,000 sides over the course of her impressive 18-year career with the brand.
 
It’s a career that quickly soared to a six-figure income two years after joining EXIT Realty Associates in 2007 and has garnered her a production award every year since. This year was no exception, as LeBlanc received her 8th Platinum award, given in recognition of agents who close over 100 sides in the company’s production year.
 
She shared the spotlight with several other EXIT Realty Associates peers, including her franchisee, who all received some of EXIT’s highest echelon awards during the event. These recognitions are notable in their own right but are further underscored by the remarkable year the industry has experienced, defined by grit, innovation, and change.
