Local Real Estate Professionals Recognized Internationally for Outstanding Achievement

Fredericton, NB – The real estate market in many areas of the country saw a correction in 2022/2023 to a more sustainable pace following the buying and selling frenzy of the past few years. EXIT Realty Advantage in Fredericton achieved the ranking of #2 Highest Grossing Office (Single) and #2 Highest Producing Office – Real Estate Transaction Sides (Single) for EXIT Realty across the U.S. and Canada.  Owners, David Sawler and Philip Duplisea, were also honoured for Superior Brokerage Expertise.  Sawler received the Bronze Award for individual production in recognition of closing more than 25 real estate transaction sides.  All awards reflect the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

Local Real Estate Brokerage Recognized for Outstanding Achievement

Fredericton, NB – Philip Duplisea and David Sawler, Owners of EXIT Realty Advantage, were named the #1 highest grossing office with a single location across the U.S. and Canada for EXIT Realty (for the production period July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019).  They were on hand to accept the award which was presented at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. 

The brokerage also received local recognition recently when it was honoured with the CBDC Southwest Large Business Award at the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce’s Business Excellence Awards.
