Vineland, NJ (Grassroots Newswire) 08/23/2023 - EXIT Homestead Realty Professionals’ Franchisee, Stephanie Verderose, Broker Manager of the Vineland office, Jill Santandrea, and Broker Manager of the Pittsgrove office, Shannon Leonen, travelled to Mississauga Canada recently for EXIT Realty Corp  Broker Owner Training, an intense workshop attended by some of the top real estate leadership in North America.

Attendee, Verderose participated in discussions focused on developing real estate professionals, company culture and marketing. Also in attendance were Steve Morris Founder of EXIT Realty Corp and Tami Bonnell Co-Chair, and other top executives and broker owners.

Another focus of the 5 day training was ways in which real estate brokerages can become more involved in their local communities. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. Local Real Estate Broker Wins Top Honors for East USA

Stephanie Verderose Honored by EXIT Realty Corp. International

 

Vineland, NJ – Stephanie Verderose, Broker/Owner of EXIT Homestead Realty Professionals, was named East USA Broker of the Year during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Convention held recently at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort near Jacksonville, Florida.

 

Verderose joined EXIT in 2004 and the brokerage has been serving Vineland and surrounding areas since 2015.  Verderose and her team of professionals are very active in the community including hosting a successful fundraiser benefiting Manna from Heaven, a food distribution non-profit, where with support from EXIT Realty’s Spirit of EXIT charitable initiative, more than $10,000 was donated to the charity.
