Local Real Estate Pro Awarded Top Honours

Hawkesbury, ON – After a decade with EXIT Realty, Associate Broker, Tanya Myre of EXIT Realty Matrix in Hawkesbury, ON, maintains her consistent award-winning streak during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s recent 2024 Convention at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL.

 

During the much-anticipated awards ceremony, one of the many highlights of EXIT’s three-day event, Myre received the #5 Team in North America Award for her Tanya Myre Team, having been within the brand’s top 10 for last four years. She was personally inducted into EXIT’s Million Dollar Circle for the fourth consecutive year and received the Diamond Circle award for accumulating 1,000 real estate transaction sides over the course of her EXIT career. She also received the Platinum production award, for closing over 100 real estate transaction sides in the company’s production year from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.

Before making the switch to EXIT Realty from another brand in 2014, Myre was in her mid 20’s and already looking to leave the business. She has since taken the sage advice of Broker/Owner, Maggie Tessier to trust the process and consistently crushes goal after goal. Since earning her first Bronze Award only months after joining the brand, she has consistently doubled her level of production, while building her six-person team, and helping them to do the same.

Awards reflect the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

Ottawa, ON – The 2021/2022 real estate market was brisk as home prices and interest rates continued to rise.  The need then and now for knowledgeable, professional real estate agents to skillfully guide their clients through the changing market has never been greater.

Hawkesbury, ON – Real estate buyers and sellers faced a challenging year with rising home prices and multiple offer situations in many markets. Professional real estate agents worked diligently to guide their clients through the process, ever mindful of the additional challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic to show property and close transactions in a safe and responsible manner.

She was also inducted into the Ruby Circle in recognition of closing 500 real estate transaction sides during her career with EXIT.  Her real estate sales team, the “Tanya Myre Team”, achieved the ranking of #9 sales team in North America, the first time her team has ranked in the top 10.  All awards were tabulated for the period July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021.
