Local Real Estate Agent and Team Earn Top Honors
New Smyrna Beach, FL – Local real estate professional, Carl Vasile and his team, Team Vasile, have once again demonstrated their commitment to excellence in the ever-evolving real estate market being recognized as EXIT’ Realty’s #1 Team in North America for the second consecutive year at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 2024 convention, held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL.
Team Vasile has consistently ranked among the top performers, maintaining a position in the top two teams since the award’s inception in 2020. In addition to the team’s achievement, Vasile earned several individual accolades. He was inducted into EXIT’s prestigious Million Dollar Circle for the seventh consecutive year, recognizing his sustained excellence in production. He also received the Gold Award for closing more than 75 real estate transactions in the company’s production year from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
